Mr. Masataka TANABE (curr. Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd.), who earned master degree in our lab. at Mar. 2008, won the JSME Young Engineers Award in the year 2012 due to his research on Development of a Translational Parallel Manipulator with Large Workspace and High Precision of Platform Orientation. He received the prize at the JSME annual meeting on Apr. 19, 2013.
